even if you’re making an exchange or a return, we make it easy.  Just be sure to return your item(s) within 7 business days with your original receipt.

By mail -
We'll send in-stock items right away, charge your credit card and credit the return once we've received it in our store. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges or exchange shipping charges.

Simply call us at 218/386-2590.  We’ll send in-stock items right away, charge your credit card and credit the return once we’ve received it in our store.  Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original or exchange shipping charges.

  

Easy Merchandise Returns
By mail –
Just leave your package in a secure place where you normally receive your mail or drop it off at any U.S. Mailbox or Post Office. No worries, insurance is taken care of when using the correct label. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original, exchange or return shipping charges. If you choose to return the item in your own packaging using another shipping method, please be sure to use the address listed below:

Your credit or refund will take 10-14 business days.  If you ordered by credit card, we’ll credit your account and it will show on your following statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.  If you paid by check or gift card, we’ll mail you a refund check.

How much does is cost to Ship large items?

Shipping costs on all large items are all calculated on an item by item basis. We will use the best priced shipping method for shipping large items.

After I place an order when will my item ship?

All orders placed online will ship either the day the order was placed or the next business day.(See below for shipping times. Gunbroker.com & Ebay Auctions have their own policies and work differently than Streiffs.com)

Why didn't I receive a tracking # for my order?

The main reasons for this happening are:
1. We had a bad email to send a tracking # to.
2. Your spam blocker caught the email before it got to you.
3. We entered the email in wrong and no email got sent to you. (Sorry)

How long will it take for my order to arrive at it's destination?

Ground shipping will take anywhere from 1-6 business days. Priority Shipping usually takes 1-3 business days. There is faster shipping but you must call to get that.

We do not ship products out on Saturday or Sunday, as most shipping companies do not pick up on Saturday’s and Sunday’s.

My Order should have been here by now what can I do to see where it is at?

1. Check the tracking #, if nothing shows up go to step #2.
2. *Email us at onlinesales@streiffs.com (see below for more info).
3. If nothing else works call us 800-817-2590 within business hours listed below.
(it is best to call Mon-Fri as our shipping department doesn't work on weekends)

*We will respond to email as soon as we check the email. If it is during business hours we will usually respond in 30mins. If you send us an email outside of business hours then it may take until the next morning before you get a response. Email is our recommended means of communication.
