Burris Scout Scope

Use the 2.75X to help shrink the group size to under one inch. Ultra-fast and finally earning it's overdue credit as more and more shooters and manufacturers adopt the concept of the scout rifle.

    Consistent Scope

    By Steve Thornburg

    from Asheboro, NC

    About Me

    Comments:

Starting at 25 yards to sight in, first group went in the same hole, same with the second group. Then at 100 yards shot a 1/2" and a 3/4" group - no problem. Great scope.

    Great scope

    By Dead Eye Doc

    from Mesa, AZ, United States

    About Me

    Comments:

I bought this scope about three weeks ago and have not had the chance to use it yet as we have been out of town. However, it fits my gun very well, M1-A1, and the extended eye relief is extremely good. Very light and compact, just really like this scope. I look forward to experiencing it in action!

Just made it to the range ...

    By Flash

    About Me

    Comments:

Just made it to the range for the first time. Scope is pretty good quality. The only complaint is that the bullet plex reticle is so thin I can't hardly make out the elevation marks. Eye relief is great and works well on my steyr scout.. Burris could thicken the reticle.

    Great optic!

    By YOOPERFINN

    About Me

    Comments:

Mounted on my hunting rifle, custom M91-59 in 7.62x54R. It takes the recoil and holds zero, mounted in leupold QWR low rings. My only suggestion is making the 2.75x20 available with illuminated reticule. No complaints though!

Does everything as advertised and does it well

    By Scout rifle hunter

    About Me

    Comments:

I have had this scope for a couple years now. It has worked perfectly and I have never had problems with it. I actually like it better then my Leopold. I recently let my cousin shoot my elk rifle and she dropped it directly on the scope bending the tube. I was very happy to find out it was covered by their forever warranty.

    3 Years and Still Ticking

    By Sukuri37

    from North Central, Arkansas

    About Me

    Comments:

I have had this mounted to my rifle for 3 years now and it has preformed flawlessly. It was very easy to zero, about 7 shots and have not had to touch the sights despite being mounted on my truck gun. It has taken 4 Whitetail on various power settings and at different times of the day. Around sunrise it helps distinguish buck from doe and in the Evening it brings the same clarity to the shooting conditions. This scope is light weight, compact and does not get hung up on other equipment when I am scouting new hunting areas. The graduated aiming points help with long range shooting, but wait there's more. Burris gives you ballistic charts you can use as cheat sheets in the field. In summation, I would recommend this scope to anyone who has or wants a scout rifle.

    Slightly Disapointed

    By sandog2016

    from Hawaii, United States

    About Me

    Comments:

Buying the optic was easy. Click, cart, checkout, pay and wait. I waited 10 days and got the optic. I opened the box and it was as featured. I took the optic out of the box and had it mounted. Brought the weapon home, looked through it and saw multiple black particles inside the optic that wasn't dirt on the outside. I called, arranged a return and waited 10 more days. I just got the optic back and it has one black particle remaining inside the optic. Really???? QC at that point should have been amazing since it was a return. Right??
