Never looking back

By

from Cary, NC, USA

About Me

Comments:

I bought this scope on my dad's recommendation. He told me to only buy Leupold and that anything else would be a waste of money. After looking at the clarity of this scope when zoomed all the way in and comparing it to other scopes with similar features / price, I have to say he was right (as usual). I put this on a Marlin 1895 in 45/70 Government and it is amazing. I am a customer for life after this purchase.

it takes my abuse like a champ!

About Me

Comments:

I broke 2 rifle scopes before I bought this one when I was 18. I am now 30 years old and this scope still sits atop my 30-06. As a kid, I hunted PA for whitetail putting on drives. Now I run hounds for black bear in NC, and even though I never take the scope off 3 power except at the range, it has served me well. We have a long bear season and I put my rifle through a lot of abuse trying to keep up with the dogs, I doubt many variable power scopes on the market could take what I have put this thing through. My Dad still shakes his head when I tell talk about rolling down the mountain with my rifle strapped to me. I stopped worrying about it a long time ago and just hunt.

Excellent Quality and Durability! 2nd to none!

By

from Newport, TN

About Me

Comments:

Was mounting a Leupold Rifleman 3x9x50 scope to my rifle and had the scope resting in the rings and reached to get the top half of the rings and knocked the scope out of the rings falling to table and then the concrete floor 4 feet below. I just knew the scope was ruined and picked it up and found no broken lens or cracks! I mounted the scope and sighted it in with no issues and this is their entry level scope! My son in law has tried to get me to try other brands of scopes that are made over seas and cheaper in price but I remind him of the tough and reliable Rifleman scope that did not shatter after fall to concrete floor in my garage and sighted in afterwards. That is why I buy Leupold rifle scopes!

4-12X40

By

from HUNT IN ARKANSAS

About Me

Comments:

I HAVE TWO RIFLEMAN SCOPES. NEITHER SCOPE HAVE GIVEN ANY PROBLEMS OF ANY KIND ON ANY RIFLE I HAVE PUT THEM ON. SOME FOLKS CAN'T GET OVER THE FRICTION ADJUSTMENT, BUT HAVE NO FEAR, THEY ARE JUST AS EASY TO ADJUST AS ANY, JUST NO NOISE. MINE HAVE NEVER SLIPPED OR WANDERED OFF IN ANY DIRECTION. I HAVE SCOPES THAT COST MORE BUT NONE THAT WORK ANY BETTER. AS FOR MY EXPERIENCE THE GLASS HAVE BEEN PLENTY GOOD ENOUGH FOR THOSE LEGAL, BUT NEARLY DARK, IN THE WOODS SHOTS, AND I USUALLY STAY UNTIL THE LASE MINUTE.

Clear optic's

By

from New York, United States

About Me

Comments:

The day I was sold on leupold, was the night me and my hunting partner was sitting in a stand. Long story short he was out of commission way before I was with my leupold. After getting down from the tree stand I had my friend look threw my scope. still showing the ability to see clearly. Let's just say he was hooked as well. And went out and bought a leupold as well.

The most bang for your money!

About Me

Comments:

I bought this scope to take on my annual hunt in Nebraska. So far it's taken down a muley spike and a nice 4yr. old white tail.

High end optics at an affordable price

By

from Erie, PA

About Me

Comments:

I own three of these scopes. Each were purchased because of leupolds reputation for solidly built optics that will last a lifetime. I wouldn't put anything else on my firearms that are go to's for hunting seasons!
